Whatta Week!

It is Thursday.

I am counting the many blessings of this week...
the family, the kids... grandbaby, Hubby.

Church and friends.

Look at this.

We haven't had hummingbirds all year.

I put the feeder out front, and they're fighting over it!

I LOVE watching these little guys! :)

Today, the kiddos are studying and playing quietly.

I LOVE these moments.

Schoolwork.



And singing...

wonderful, glorious three year old singing!
 

Then, serving time.

Today...obedience was immediate..

AND, cheerful.

Instead of chore time, we call it serving time. :)

Can't remember where I read or heard that idea, but it works well for us.

I wish you could've heard this conversation!!

Playing house... she says to him...

 "I going to the tore now" (store)

"Ok, I home from work, I will watch the baby"

"Otay. No, Baby want to go wiff Mommy, I her Mommy."

"Well, here then, I going back to work."

He proceeds to get on his phone with a customer...

as he sees his Daddy doing! ;)

THIS made my day.

Teach me O Lord to use my time wisely, to enjoy precious moments, to record them... treasure them.

To love and encourage others, especially those in my home.

To hold them to the standards YOU have for them each one.

Keep and guard their eyes, Dear Lord, and their little hearts...

that they see You in me... and want to know You more.  :)
